Hybrid (working from the client's office in Wakefield 2-3 days per week)

Our client, a leading retailer of in the UK, are seeking a Head of PMO to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company who are implementing and delivering multiple projects and programmes across the organisation.

As Head of PMO, you’ll spearhead the PMO function, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects and programmes.

Your role will include:

• Designing and implementing agile governance frameworks
• Leading strategic planning and execution for a variety of initiatives
• Enhancing reporting, stage gating, and lessons learned processes
• Driving efficiencies and scaling international operations

Who We’re Looking For:

• Retail/FMCG Experience: Essential
• Agile Expertise: Must-have
• Planning & Governance: Proven experience in both
• IT/Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems a plus
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and adapt in a dynamic environment
