£39,000 - £40,000 + Overtime and Call Out

Your new company:

• One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.

Your new role as a Building Maintenance Engineer

• You will be working Monday - Friday, 40-hour week, across Bristol and surrounding areas.
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances.
• Emergency lighting, fire alarms, AHU s, FCU s filter changes, basic plumbing, temp checks, flushing, minor repairs, fault finding, and any other general building service maintenance duties.

What you'll need to succeed:

• The ideal candidate will hold electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC qualifications - desirable, not essential.
• Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.
• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
