Maintenance Caretaker

My Client is looking for a Maintenance Caretaker for their staff accomodation site in Colchester.

Candidate should have experiencing in Caretaker duties including painting, wet plumbing, heating and completing Health & safety compliance. Working Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm, with an hour lunch, totaling 35 hours per week.

This will be a temp to perm role for the right person
