Job title: Mobile Fabric Engineer

Location: Covering x4 Sites Across Bodmin surrounding areaa.

Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Salary/rate: Salary is paying between 30,000 - 33,000 Per annum

About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong engineer to cover X 4 sites in Bodmin,Truo, Okehampton & Saltash. You will be working on a flagship retail contract so past experience within a similar environment is desired. This role comes with a 1 in 10 callout , 130 standby.

Responsibilities:

• General visual site inspections across plant rooms and communal space
• Painting & Decorating
• Tiling
• Carpentry
• Basic plumbing
• Drainage & flushing
• Changing light bulbs
• Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
