Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer – 2-5 years PQE, Salary £50 - £65k DOE, North London

Highly regarded, established Commercial Boutique Law practice with several offices across London are looking for an outstanding Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to add value to their successful, growing team. They are looking for a proactive candidate to deliver consistently high levels of client service, under the supervision of a close-knit team.

The Role:

Managing your own caseload including work as follows:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-financing and transfers of equity

You must be willing to build contacts with local agents/referrers.

What they are looking for:

• 2-5 years PQE within residential conveyancing
• Excellent academics - 2.1 Class degree preferred min.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organisational, and administrative skills.
• Adept client care skills and ability to manage own caseload.
• Must be experienced at multi-tasking, managing time sensitive documents, and taking responsibility for delegated tasks.
• Must thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.
