Funds Lawyer (5yrs+ PQE) - Offshore Firm, London

Opportunity:

We are partnering with a top-tier offshore law firm to recruit a skilled Funds Associate for their dynamic London team. This is a unique chance to join a renowned practice, providing expert advice on complex investment funds matters.The team specialises in:

• Setting up and maintaining alternative investment funds in the Cayman Islands
• Advising prominent European fund managers on: formation and structuring; ongoing legal and regulatory compliance and restructuring and termination
• Working with diverse Cayman Islands investment vehicles, including hedge, hybrid funds and private equity funds

Requirements:

To be considered for this compelling opportunity, it is expected that applicants will possess:

• Minimum 5 years' PQE in investment fund, regulatory, and corporate law
• Top-tier law firm experience preferred with a right to work in the UK
• Strong academic background, excellent writing and drafting skills
• Outstanding technical skills, with ability to build relationships and work well in a team
