CNC Machinist Required Milton Keynes - Immediate Start

CNC Machinist required to work for manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes, main responsibilities to include setting/operating CNC machines, manufacturing a variety of components from engineering drawings.

Immediate start for the right candidate.

Daily Duties
Responsible for manufacturing all components within the agreed timescales,
Responsible for setting a variety of CNC machine tools for operators as and when required,
Responsible for using a wide range of measuring equipment to check small-batch components after manufacture
Responsible for maintaining the agreed quality rating at all times,
Responsible for making sure that manufactured product is suitably protected for transit,
Responsible for working in the order of the manufacturing plan at all times,
Responsible for making sure that all manufacturing paper work is filled out correctly,
Responsible for carrying out all tasks allocated by the Team Leader in a timely and efficient manner,
Responsible for ensuring that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained at all times,
To support team members with other tasks as and when required,
To help create and maintain a safe working environment and observe the published Health & Safety procedures,
To carry out any other tasks where reasonable and relevant, when required.

Additional info

Hours; 7.30am-4pm Monday to Thursday 7.30am-3.30pm Friday
Rate/Salary: 14-16.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP - following interview process
