We are working with a leading national law firm, who are seeking a PSL Lawyer to assist their Corporate teams across the UK.
The Role:
As a PSL Lawyer, the successful candidate will help to identify, design and implement solutions to improve the quality of our client's Corporate teams across all of their UK offices.
Main responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with legal teams to understand and address both lawyer and client needs effectively;
- Conducting process and work-flow mapping to identify areas for potential improvement through innovation;
- Developing and executing the legal innovation strategy for the Corporate Division;
- Managing and overseeing the design & development of legal innovation projects;
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance, impact, and return on investment of legal innovation initiatives and ensuring continuous improvement and quality assurance;
- Driving firm-wide, business critical projects including by way of continuous improvement and projects at the cutting edge of legal technology advancement;
- Collaborating closely with the Partner for Client Tech and Service Improvement, participating in relevant committees to foster cohesion across legal functions and establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Providing ad hoc technical project assistance to business managers and advising upon and assisting with the use of legal technology;
- Presenting at internal and external events to promote the firm's Corporate offerings.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in NI and/or England & Wales;
- Experience in a Corporate or Banking transactional environment;
- Interest in emerging legal trends and changing legislation;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills.
