We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer with a strong background in web applications.

Experience with PHP and Magento is preferred, but not mandatory. You’ll be joining a small, highly

skilled development team with the chance to influence decisions, help shape our architecture, and

• Lead the development and optimization of web applications using PHP, with a focus on best practices and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions that support our business goals.
• Take ownership of specific projects, driving the technical direction and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality code.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, providing input on how to scale and improve existing infrastructure.
• Mentor junior developers and offer guidance to ensure team growth and productivity.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise in production and development environments.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into our technology stack where relevant.

Key Qualifications

? 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.

? Experience with Magento and PHP is a plus but not required.

? Strong understanding of MVC architecture.

? Proven experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.

? Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

? Experience with version control tools like Git.

? Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.

? A proactive, self-motivated approach, with strong communication skills and the ability to work

both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

? Experience in Magento development (Magento 2 is a plus).

? Knowledge of eCommerce best practices and integrations.

? Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or DevOps practices.

? Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
