Salesforce Product Manager

Location- 3 day's per week in Sheffield, Start date- ASAP

Contract Type- Permanent. Hours- Full Time, Salary – £65,000-£75,000

This role will be vital in the continued salesforce transformation. Responsible for overseeing and mentoring a small team of salesforce administrator's and improving the service cloud platform. You will also work closely with senior stakeholders collaboratively to achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define user stories, gather requirements
• Define and maintain product documentation.
• Work closely with multiple teams to ensure goals are aligned with the overall business
• Work with the wider team to ensure the salesforce system is built and delivered on time.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or Manager
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to mentor and coach salesforce administrators and manage 3rd party relationships
• Experience with Service cloud is essentially with ideally wider cloud experience
