Target Market:
Medical professionals specializing in musculoskeletal conditions, pain management, and sports medicine. This includes private clinics, private hospital groups, and the NHS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets, regularly monitoring business plans on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote our regenerative medicine product range, particularly PRP and autologous cell therapy solutions, to medical professionals.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key customers and establish business partnerships.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest clinical data and effectively communicate it to clinicians.
- Stay informed about competitor products and strategies, and implement competitive strategies to drive sales.
- Arrange and lead local training events and assist in conference planning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide key messages and support social media campaigns.
- Support the launch of new products and manage other sales-related activities within the region.
- Attend relevant conferences and industry meetings to represent the company.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of proven track record in medical device sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sales.
- Experience selling Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and autologous cell therapy technologies products – an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of customer relationship management.
- A confident, outgoing personality with persistence and determination to meet and exceed targets.
