Role Description

We seek a full-time Duty and Recruitment Officer to join our Manchester office.

In this role, you will be responsible for various duties, including recruiting foster carers, coordinating placements, and ensuring the welfare of children in our care. This on-site role requires strong organisational and interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting vulnerable children.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of child welfare and safeguarding practices
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with foster carers and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
• Educated to degree level or equivalent (preferred)

Salary from £28K - £35K based on experience and skills.
