We are working with a leading infrastructure company, renowned for its innovative approach and expertise in delivering large-scale projects across the UK.

This rapidly growing organisation is looking for a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join their dynamic and forward-thinking Health and Safety team.

The role will be based in Gloucester, covering sites in the surrounding region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate professional looking to take the next step in their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the documentation and investigation of workplace incidents
• Providing expert advice and driving improvements in health, safety, and wellbeing across the business
• Conducting audits, inspections, and producing reports on health and safety performance at various sites
• Collaborating closely with site teams to develop and implement effective solutions to health and safety challenges, and sharing best practices across the organisation

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Relevant experience and background in rail, civils, or related industries
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A strong passion for health and safety, with a proven track record of driving improvement

The role will involve frequent travel to various project sites, so a valid UK Driver's Licence is essential.
