Social Worker

Position: Social Worker
Location: London
Salary: Rate is between 23- 25 per hour
Job Type: TEMPORARY / PERMANENT

Full Time hours available

• To promote and maintain independence for vulnerable adults using a strengths based approach
• To protect adults at risk by the use of procedures to safeguard adults from abuse.
• To assess the needs of individuals and their carers in line with Care Act (2014) criteria
• Together with the service users and carers, formulate and implement person-centred care and support plan
• Monitor, review and evaluate services in order to ensure that they are provided in accordance with eligible needs.

You must:

• Hold a valid DBS (Preferably registered with the online service checker)
• Have a Social Work degree/CQSW/CSS/DipSW/OT/RGN/RNMH/RMN with a minimum of 2 years UK based experience
• Be able to work full time hours across a mix of shift patterns such as mornings / afternoons / evening / nights / weekends.
• Be able to provide references covering the last 5 years.
