Primary Supply Teacher

Academics are recruiting for qualified primary supply teachers across Chesham and the surrounding areas for short term and long term contracts. Other than daily supply we currently have contracts for short term assignments starting in October. These requirements will multiple across the next weeks.

Role: Supply Teacher

Location: Chesham

Pay: £140 to £160 per day

Schools: Primary Schools located in Chesham and the surrounding areas (Berkhamsted, Kings Langley and Chorleywood)

Phases: EYFS, KS1 and KS2

As a Primary supply teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to work across various primary schools, gaining experience in different settings and with different age groups. What is expected from our supply teachers?

Delivering high-quality lessons to primary school students in a range of subjects

Adapting teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students

Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents

Following school policies and procedures to maintain a safe and effective learning environment

Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback and support as needed

Requirements:

Qualified teacher status (QTS)

Experience working with primary school students

Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt and respond effectively to different teaching environments

Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one
