Quantity Surveyor

An old school, Quantity Surveying consultancy in Hertfordshire are seeking a local, career focused Quantity Surveyor as they look to future of the business.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based in St Albans, the successful Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit team of 10 who work on a mix bag of retail, distribution centres, hotels, mixed use residential, and restaurants.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working and learning alongside one of the Partners, who also leads one of the largest asset management clients - a smaller practice who work alongside giant clients.

A company with great longevity, a good atmosphere and supportive environment.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• 3+ years quantity surveying experience
• Quantity Surveying experience within a cost consultancy / cost management practice
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
• Good energy and with an eagerness to learn and progress
• Driving licence and car
