MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - PERMANENT - OXFORDSHIRE
A research and development organisation are seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team and help maintain our state-of-the-art facilities, including cutting-edge research labs. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations across various systems, from electrical and mechanical to plumbing and HVAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments.
- Collaborate with contractors for finishing projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience in high-quality finishes such as marble, granite, and wood.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications:
