Fruition IT are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to work for a well-established organisation who are a technology first business. This a great opportunity for someone who is experienced in IT Support and looking for a fresh new challenge.
As the IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical support to users as part of a team of 6.
What you will be doing:
- You will provide technical support for off-the-shelf products.
- Showcase the ability to investigate and resolve quires through to completion.
- You will be installing new software, performing data imports and patching.
- Performing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Be able to liaise between IT and end users for all escalated issues
- Trend Analysis
- Performing general server maintenance.
What we are looking for:
- Attitude and enthusiasm to learn is key
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Previous experience working within a hands-on service desk environment
- 2-3 years IT Support experience is essential
- Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory (AD)
- VMWare, & virtual servers
- Windows Server Administration such as DNS/DHCP
- Desktop support including OS installation and administration
- Windows/Linux Server administration
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle
