The Role

Restructuring & Insolvency - Senior Associate - Up to £170,000 salary

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency department, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.

The department offers specialist legal advice to a range of clients on matters involving bankruptcies, company insolvencies, compulsory and voluntary liquidations, investigations into antecedent transactions and retention of title claims etc.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years PQE within an established team. The role will require the candidate to undertake a full range of restructuring, insolvency, transactional, and contentious advisory processes.

The Candidate

• Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor with a minimum 7 years post qualification experience
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
