We are looking for experienced Diagnostic Technician to join our clients dealership in Watford.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to high standards
• Communicate with Service Reception and Workshop Control
• Provide technical advice to customers when needed
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and training
• Deliver excellent customer service to foster loyalty and referrals
• Maintain a clean workspace and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Previous experience in the motor industry is essential
