Senior Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a freelance Senior Site Engineer to join a leading construction company on a large groundworks and RC frame project.

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the setting out and surveying work, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include;

• Managing and supervising Junior Engineers,
• Liaising with the project team,
• Preparing and monitoring the construction programme,
• Ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards
• Providing technical support to the project team.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, with at least 7 years of experience in setting out and surveying work on groundworks and RC frame projects. You should have a good understanding of relevant software such as AutoCAD, as well as excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills.

In addition, you should have experience working in a fast-paced environment, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a proactive and can-do attitude. A valid CSCS card is also required.
