Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with key clients in both the government and private sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, client relationship management, and marketing, with a particular focus on industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Transport within Saudi Arabia.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.

Client Relationship Management: Build, enhance, and maintain strong relationships with key customers in both government and private sectors. Ensure a deep understanding of their needs and priorities.

Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of key customer needs and assess the likelihood of success for proposed solutions.

Goal Achievement: Work diligently to achieve both sales and non-sales targets, contributing to overall company success.

Marketing Strategy Support: Collaborate with and guide the Marketing Team to develop, plan, and enhance marketing strategies. Ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Marketing Communications Planning: Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing communications plan, including setting strategies, goals, budgets, and tactics.

Sales Strategy Development: Manage, coordinate, and sustain the development of a business plan and sales strategy that drives company sales goals and profitability.

Revenue Generation: Strategically plan and execute initiatives to create new revenue streams, leveraging every possible opportunity to increase sales standards.

Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify, qualify, and pursue potential clients through various lead generation methods. Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into successful sales.

Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and networking efforts.

Deal Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new clients and partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Industry Networking: Manage and expand a network of key contacts within target industries to stay informed of market trends and opportunities.

Client Satisfaction Management: Proactively address client concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.

Sector Expertise: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships specifically within the Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Transport sectors in Saudi Arabia.


Qualifications:


Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management.

Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, particularly in Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Transport sectors.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable business opportunities.

Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving both sales and broader business goals.

Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
