Senior System Analyst

You will be working in the banking domain alongside the Business and Technology. The team is highly motivated and is part of a global team and consists of JAVA developers, business analysts, solution Architects , QA Engineers, Software engineers and some of the bank's best technologists.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing systems, data structures, processes and workflows to understand technical requirements and constraints regarding ETD delivery. Identify areas for improvement and work with architects and developers on proposed solutions.

• Break down business and functional requirements into detailed Gitlab epics and issues for POD delivery. Work with change team to get clarifications and discuss technical feasibility ensuring there are clear deliverables for the IT team.

• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation specifying the data models, process flows, relationships and transformations required for ETD delivery.

• Work with architects and developers to create prototypes where required to demonstrate solutions for stakeholders.

• Work with QA team to ensure a comprehensive test suite is implemented for ETD delivery.

• Have strong attention to detail and ability to understand and track ETD delivery across a complex technical stack that spans both WM IT and IB IT.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing and target data systems for ETD delivery.

• Co-operate & coordinate with the Delivery Lead and the Delivery Teams.

• Knowledge and experience with financial data formats / protocols such as FIX, FIXML, SWIFT, etc.

• Provide regular clear metrics-based reporting on ETD status to all stakeholders.
