Delivery Consultant

Join CITILINE as a Delivery Consultant, where your focus will be on sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates through the recruitment process. You'll collaborate with consultants to ensure top talent aligns with our clients' needs and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Use various platforms to find and attract qualified candidates.

Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.

Pipeline Management: Proactively manage a pool of candidates for current and upcoming positions.

Collaboration with Consultants: Work closely with consultants to understand job requirements and assess candidate suitability.

Coordination & Communication: Facilitate communication between candidates and consultants, coordinate interviews, and manage contracts.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM system.

Skills Required:

Experience in recruitment, administration, or customer service.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
