Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the sales team at different levels of the marketing plan
- Support the sales team in expanding their knowledge of products, services, Flow, DMOs, promotions, the marketing plan, and more
- Define the optimal platform to deliver training content, store materials, and track completion and progress
- Partner with the content team to create engaging videos, collateral, and digital solutions for the sales team and employees
- Provide regional market support to localize training materials or offer guidance on training needs
- Collaborate with event teams and sales team to structure event training that meets attendee needs
- Track and monitor the sales team’s progress and performance after completing training
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Experience supporting the development of training programmes
- Industry: Experience working in the European market within the Health, Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition sector
