Responsibilities:

Responsibility for the account, team and client relationships

Attend brainstorms for briefs across the agency

Able to actively contribute to all brand planning; strategic, creative, budget

Pitch press releases, feature ideas and interview slots to media via phone and email to secure coverage and opportunities for clients, Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of assigned accounts.

Keeping abreast of key industry trends and issues and advising accordingly

Able to dive right in and drive a division – global brand vision on behalf of high profile, lifestyle brands

Draft and review copy, press releases, media alerts, case studies and product mailers

Requirement:

Strong knowledge of the consumer brand media sector

Strong communicator across all channels

Excellent media relations

Team management and client counsel experience

Logical, organised thinking matched by creative flair and aptitude

A collaborative approach is of the utmost importance

Able to work to tight deadlines
