Senior Building Surveyor

TSA Surveying is representing a fast-growing building consultancy seeking a Senior Building Surveyor. With a dedicated Business Development team in place, the focus of this role is on delivering high-quality work to secure repeat business, rather than generating new leads.

Despite being established only 10 years ago, the consultancy has expanded rapidly, now employing over 20 staff and generating 2.5m in turnover. They have ambitious plans to double this to 5m within the next five years. The consultancy works across both private and public sectors with a diverse range of clients, including developers, pension funds, property managers, the MOD, Government Property Agency, Home Office, and retail companies.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling both project and professional work, with a balanced mix of private and public sector engagements. Since Business Development is handled by a separate team, this position is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering projects and professional services.
