Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Servicing: Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and testing of fire alarm systems, Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs), and emergency lighting in local authority and social housing properties.
- Fault Finding & Repairs: Diagnose and rectify faults across fire alarms, AOVs, and emergency lights ensuring systems are operational and compliant with industry standards.
- Client Liaison: Engage with local authorities, social housing clients, and tenants to communicate clearly and provide professional service.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Health & Safety guidelines, promoting safe working practices at all times.
- Reactive & Planned Work: Undertake both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Maintenance Engineer, particularly within social housing and local authority sectors.
- Strong knowledge and experience working with fire alarm systems, AOVs, and emergency lighting.
- Relevant industry qualifications, including FIA certification, City & Guilds, or equivalent.
- Full UK driving license.
