Key Responsibilities:
- Lead risk assessments and ensure compliance across all operations.
- Develop and implement a behavioural safety strategy, embedding a positive safety culture across the workforce.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and recommend improvements to enhance safety standards.
- Deliver engaging HSE training sessions and toolbox talks to promote awareness.
- Support site management with incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Drive the development and improvement of management systems and emergency response plans.
Who We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of HSE experience, preferably in a Food Manufacturing, FMCG or distribution environment.
- NEBOSH certification (essential) and a commitment to further development.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation, with the ability to lead and influence behavioural change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage staff at all levels.
- ISO 14001/45001 audit experience (desirable).
