Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We've got an exciting new role for a Mechanical Shift Engineer, working for a rapidly growing Building Service Provider in the City of London. This is a great chance to work on a new contract for our client, which also offers opportunities for career growth, valuable career experience, additional training and exposure to a flagship contract.

n this role, you will undergo PPM and Reactive maintenance on M&E equipment, respond to emergencies on site, possess a client facing attitude and be responsible for general building maintenance on site. To be successful for this role, you will need to be fully qualified in mechanical engineering, possess at least 3 years experience within commercial maintenance and to have a polite and client facing attitude.

Duties:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
• Sprinkler Systems
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Tap Temperatures
• Chilled Water Systems
• Plumbing
• Generators
• Pressurisation units
• BMS Operation

Requirements:

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ (or equivalent)
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing

Salary and Benefits:

• £45,000 - £45,000 per annum
