We are seeking a dynamic and creative Paid Social Media Manager with strong content creation skills to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising paid social media campaigns while also crafting high-quality, engaging content for various platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of social media algorithms, and can seamlessly combine analytical skills with creative content production.

What you will do

• Plan, create, and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Optimise campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rates (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and engagement metrics.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance ad strategy.
• Develop, design, and produce high-quality, visually appealing content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, etc.) for organic and paid social media posts.
• Write compelling copy for social media ads and posts that resonate with target audiences.
• Create and maintain a social media content calendar, scheduling posts and ensuring timely delivery.
• Use tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design/video editing tools to create eye-catching social media content.
