Production Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Technician to join our highly successful manufacturing team, to develop high precision silicon assembly and provide onward support to manufacture.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of tools for testing electronic components.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are optimised for manufacturing.
- Support in the creation of guidelines for prototyping new products.
- Work on improving current processes and documentation, alongside the manufacturing team.
- Create and manage production workflows based on internal diagrams and instructions.
- Ensure that all documents are reviewed and approved through proper channels.
- Oversee and refine the flow of information and operations to improve efficiency.
- Help with production trials and ensure completion of necessary documentation.
- Follow established processes for introducing new products.
We are looking for:
- Experience in production or manufacturing settings.
- Familiarity with developing and optimising processes for production.
- Experience working in a project-driven manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with proven outcomes.
- A collaborative approach and ability to work well in teams.
- A high level of self-motivation and attention to detail.
- A technical diploma or equivalent experience in a related field such as engineering or science.
