The Package
- Restaurant Manager
- £50,000 per annum basic salary
- 40 hour contracts

The Job Role
- A Restaurant Manager to lead a late night venue
- A Restaurant Manager to take full ownership and responsibilities for all the bar and kitchen offers
- A Restaurant Manager who influence extends to he customer service, where you are responsible for service quality and operational outcomes that shape each visit
- To continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward
- A Restaurant Manager developing a high-performing and motivated team
- A Restaurant Manager that can lead from the front and push the business future forward
The Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator
- Experience with managing a team is a must
- A Restaurant Manager that a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
- The successful Restaurant Manager will have similar experience in a restaurant style background
- An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
- A Restaurant Manager that can lead from the front with excellent communication skills.
