Associate, Corporate Strategy, Consumer Banking – Global Financial Institution

We are now working with the consumer banking team of a tier one global financial institution

They are now looking to recruit a Strategy Associate into their team.

In this role you will work advise senior MDs on the strategic shaping and development of the business unit.

In this ‘blue sky’ role, you can expect to:

Work on strategic projects and group-wide strategic initiatives for the consumer team

Undertake analysis to support the development and track execution of strategy

Identifying key issues / opportunities to provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

o Strategy consultant from a major consulting firm or strategy professional from another firm

o Some experience with the financial services sector

o Structured analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data sources

o Strong interpersonal and written communications skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders

o Ability to prioritise effectively against multiple deadlines
