Carpenter/ Multi Trader

Our client is seeking a experienced Multi Trader to join their team who's based in the Surrey area. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various trades and able to undertake a range of tasks in a competent and timely manner. Previous experience working within Social Housing is essential.

This is a permanent role, suited best for applicants who live within Surrey and are used to mobile work.

About the role:

You will work in the Surrey area as part of a team dedicated to delivering maintenance to their residents and properties in and around the Surrey area. This is a mobile position, with potential for a company vehicle, fuel card.

Duties include:

• Carrying out repair and renewal tasks
• Promptly informing the Supervisor when additional trades are needed
• Independently handling specific tasks
• Collaborating with colleagues to complete joint tasks
• Filling out daily work sheets with details of work completed and materials used after each job
• Working efficiently to meet project deadlines

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK drivers license
• NVQ Level 2/3- Carpentry (or equivalent)
• Multi Trades/ Carpentry skills
• Previous experience working within social housing
• Great communication/ customer service skills
• Superb standard of work
