Vice President of Engine Sales


This successful, dynamic and growing aviation company are looking for a visionary VP of Engine Part Sales to spearhead their expansion efforts in EMEA. This is your chance to make a significant impact by introducing innovative sales programs, developing business in new markets, and strengthening& maintaining relationships within the industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish and nurture strong connections with airlines, leasing companies, MROs, and both new and existing customers.
  • Represent at high-profile customer meetings, industry conferences, and marketing events, showcasing brand across multiple regions.
  • Stay on top of emerging trends and develop strategies to position company as a market leader.
  • Communicate values and success stories, demonstrating how to resolve challenges and deliver exceptional value to customers.
  • Prepare detailed pre-trip agendas and comprehensive post-trip reports with actionable insights.
  • Gather and relay key feedback, opportunities, and developments to the appropriate teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Recommend tailored products and services that align perfectly with customer needs and regional demands.
  • Work closely with product line and inside sales teams to highlight the unique value of our offerings to potential customers.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the charge in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and driving contract negotiations to secure new business.
  • Embrace additional responsibilities and programs as they arise, contributing to the overall success of the team.


Requirements


  • A minimum of 7 years in aviation engine sales, business development and account management roles.
  • Proficiency in Quantum and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote).
  • Willingness to travel extensively, potentially more than 50% of the time, both nationally and internationally.
  • Exceptional ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, diverse team environment, bringing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to the table.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed on time and with precision.


Preferred Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is highly desirable.
