Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Resource Administrator to work for the world's leading manufacturer of chocolate and confectionary products.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and finalizing a number of IT infrastructure projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating with both local and central teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Manage project milestones and deliverables.to ensure on-time project delivery
- Develop and deliver progress reports.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
- Motivate, and supervise project team members, partners and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of the project.
Key Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure project management.
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
- Flexible during times of change.
- Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
- Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, and storage systems.
