Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Resource Administrator to work for the world's leading manufacturer of chocolate and confectionary products.


The Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and finalizing a number of IT infrastructure projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating with both local and central teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects


Responsibilities:


  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Manage project milestones and deliverables.to ensure on-time project delivery
  • Develop and deliver progress reports.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
  • Motivate, and supervise project team members, partners and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of the project.


Key Skills and experience required:


  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure project management.
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
  • Flexible during times of change.
  • Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
  • Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, and storage systems.
