Forklift Instructor

Forklift Instructor | Wymondham - Working mainly in East Anglia | Full Time | 8.30am to 5pm, this does not include travelling time | Occasional Saturdays which will be paid for Time and a ½ | Salary will be based on experience

This is an unmissable opportunity for a dedicated Forklift Instructor to join an expanding team!

Our client provides a quality Health and Safety Consultancy Service and a host of health and safety training courses to meet their customer's needs.

In this role, you'll be crucial in ensuring employees and clients alike are trained to operate forklifts safely, confidently, and efficiently.

Are you the right person for the job?

• AITT Preferred but not essential if not ITSSAR, or RTITB instructor certification (required)
• Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience
• Ability to captivate and engage participants with compelling and interactive training sessions
• At least 1 years of proven experience in training delivery
• Experience using a variety of training techniques and methodologies
• A self-starter who is motivated, independent, and possesses a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively both on your own and as part of a team
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

What will your role look like?

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive forklift training programs to both internal staff and external clients
• Conduct in-person training sessions, ensuring participants are fully involved and able to apply their learnings
• Provide training in compliance with accredited standards (AITT)
• Maintain a professional demeanour and establish rapport with customers during on-site visits
