Email Marketing Executive

My clieny is seeking a passionate and skilled Email Marketing Executive to enhance their email marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing targeted email campaigns, designing and executing HTML/CSS templates, and utilizing the CRM to drive lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in email marketing, possess strong technical abilities, and demonstrate a strategic approach to boost engagement and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to engage audiences and generate leads for our property investment business.
• Design, create, and maintain visually appealing, responsive email templates using HTML/CSS.
• Manage targeted email campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
• Analyze email performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Leverage CRM to automate campaigns, track performance, and manage lead generation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure email campaigns align with broader marketing goals and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Stay informed on the latest email marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep strategies current.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in email marketing with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS with the ability to design and code responsive email templates.
• Experience with Pardot and Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting on email performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling email content.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• A creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization.
