Couple of interesting roles available within the Operational Resilience space with a global client, specialising in application software which enable banks, financial & insurance companies to automate & digitalise business processes.
Roles Available:
Operational Resilience - Reporting and Analytics Lead:
- Play a leading role in reporting the maturity of the operational resilience programme and associated risks.
- Prior experience of organising and managing risk committees and reporting functions.
- Has hands on experience of managing software tools and the implementation and maintenance of, ideally in the risk space.
- Possesses excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills; able to listen to and engage effectively with senior network/global leaders during times when emotions and risks are high.
- Will capture all data for operational resilience and be able to create reports for both internal reporting, audit/regulatory reporting and client reporting.
Senior Operational Resilience Analyst - Education and Awareness:
- Experience in an education, risk and/or operational resilience function.
- Has prior experience of developing education and awareness programmes across complex organisations.
- Is creative and can develop training manuals and support documentation for both business and technical stakeholders.
- Manage the ISO 27001 compliance in coordination with the risk team, ensuring the operational resilience components are met.
- Will align with business and technical stakeholders to develop change management and controls process, demonstrating embedding of resilience across business functions.
