Customer Success Executive - Spanish Speaking | Hybrid | London


Our client is a leading events and media brand, they are going through a period of consistent growth and are looking for a enthusiastic Spanish speaking customer success executive to help support and drive this growth.


In this role you will support customers, through building strong relationship, providing guidance, training to ensure customers are getting the most out their event participation. You will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. This role will see you dealing with a of mix of incoming queries, proactively reaching out to client and providing onsite support at events.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead on customer support communications via email and live chat
  • Proactively build relationships with our clients to ensure they see the full value in our services and are getting the best return on their investment with us.
  • Collaborate with the sales, operations, content and marketing functions to enhance the customer experience
  • Work closely with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, utilisation of product and timely resolution on queries.
  • Be the voice of the customer, feedback internally customer sentiment


Key Requirements


  • Bilingual – Spanish and English speaker (native or professional level)
  • Proven experience in a previous Customer Success or client-facing role
  • Impressive communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and remote
  • Critical and creative thinking, with practical experience of analysing and improving processes
  • Experience in using Freshdesk or a similar CRM is desirable
