Job Requirements/Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Assistant Kitroom Manager to join a leading broadcast hire equipment facility based in London on a permanent basis. In this role, you will work as part of a close-knit team working closely with the Kit Room Manager maintaining operations and servicing of Kit Room infrastructure and machinery.


Key Responsibilities:

• Delegate tasks and duties to Kitroom staff including overseeing Kitroom technicians.

• Assist with repairs, servicing, and parts procurement, ensuring that equipment is re-stored accurately to avoid delays in stock requirements

• Vehicle Fleet Management, ensuring that all company paperwork is up to date regarding the fleet.

• Facility maintenance and testing

• Responsible for the upkeep of Health and safety measures

• Supervise equipment preparation and check in procedures


Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the broadcast industry.

• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.

• Proactive problem-solving approach

• Strong understanding of broadcast equipment

• Ability to multi-task and work across a range of different project requirements
