Sales Advisor

We are currently working with a leading housebuilder who are in the market for a Sales Advisor to join there London Sales team.

The role will be to carry out all the sales aspects involved in the day-to-day running of a development, whilst ensuring the highest level of service is given to all Customers. The role also involves achieving or exceeding sales targets as well as effectively progressing reservations through contract exchange and legal completion.

Experienced sales advisers who are, determined, self-motivated andable to drive sales in a competitive market. Ideally, people who are familiar with the London and international market - know how to deal with both domestic and International agents and are digitally savvy.

Key factors also include liaising with customers, solicitors and financial advisors on a regular basis to ensure timely contract exchange and legal completions including assisting customers post completion with the reporting of any repairs or customer issues . As well as proactively working with Sales Managers and colleagues to suggest ideas to achieve increased sales

Salary pitched between 32k + Commission (basic 55% of OTE)
