Marketing Manager - UK (Local Marketing Lead) Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Manager to join our growing team in the UK. This individual will be responsible for strategizing and executing market penetration initiatives, managing local influencers, and driving marketing efforts to enhance brand positioning and accelerate growth in the UK market. The role involves working closely with the global marketing team and local stakeholders to implement localized marketing strategies, campaigns, and events, while also managing relationships with local influencers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally focused, and capable of managing local campaigns independently. They should have experience in B2B marketing, understand UK consumer behavior, and be skilled in building relationships with local influencers to boost brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Market Penetration & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the UK market, enhancing brand visibility and positioning to capture market share. Identify and explore growth opportunities within the UK market, leveraging insights from market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior trends. Create go-to-market strategies for new products and initiatives, ensuring effective execution and alignment with business objectives. Localization & Adaptation: Localize global marketing materials to suit UK market preferences, including brochures, sales presentations, website content, and digital assets. Ensure all marketing materials align with the cultural nuances and business expectations of UK audiences. Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of localized digital and offline marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM efforts, and paid ads, to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Influencer Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with local influencers, ensuring they align with the brand’s values and objectives. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to expand the company’s reach and credibility within the UK market. Monitor influencer partnerships to ensure content is delivered on time and meets brand standards. Client & Partner Support: Provide marketing support to UK-based B2B clients and partners, ensuring they have access to the necessary materials and resources. Assist in creating case studies, testimonials, and client success stories tailored to the UK market. Event Management: Plan and execute local events, webinars, trade shows, and partner activations. Ensure the successful representation of the company at UK-based events, managing logistics and promotional efforts. Market Research & Insights: Stay informed about UK industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Use market insights to refine strategies, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations for growth. Collaborate with sales and product teams to support market penetration initiatives and business development goals. Collaboration: Work closely with the global marketing team to align local efforts with global strategies and ensure consistent messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure marketing strategies drive measurable outcomes.
