Role Overview:
- Lead and grow a dedicated team, managing the claims process end-to-end.
- Take accountability for financial outcomes and performance of claims.
- Provide sensitive and effective customer service.
- Negotiate with insurers and project manage reinstatement works.
- Oversee multiple claims simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in loss adjusting, operations management, or a related insurance reinstatement field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiator with a customer-first mindset.
- Commercially and financially aware.
- Proficient in computer applications and open to learning new techniques.
