Nursery Manager - Twickenham
Full time - 38 hours
Salary up to 50k

This lovely Nursery in Twickenham are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the day to day running of their growing Nursery. You will need to have experience of running a large setting and team, together with experience of growing occupancy.

We work a 38 hr week, and are offering salary up to 50k plus, plus loads of fantastic benefits.

As the Nursery Manager you will:
Have at least 4 years of working within full daycare Nursery settings.
Have managed a nursery setting and ideally have taken a nursery setting through an Ofsted Inspection.
Can inspire a team and lead by example.
Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development
Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor always
Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met
Qualified level 3 or above and at least 6 years' experience of working in a Nursery
