Scientific Analyst - 4-6 Month Contract - Immediate Start

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse complex datasets from clinical studies and scientific research, identifying trends, key findings, and insights that support product efficacy and substantiate claims.
  • Transform complex scientific data into clear, concise, and compelling claims for use in marketing, PR, and communication materials, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with brand teams, marketing, and PR departments to develop and refine strong, impactful product claims that resonate with consumers and adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Monitor competitor claims and emerging scientific advancements in the skincare industry, identifying opportunities and proposing innovative approaches.
  • Work closely with the scientific team and external testing houses to compile comprehensive substantiation packages for all product claims, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for:

  • A highly analytical individual with a strong scientific background (degree level or higher) and a good understanding of cosmetic science, clinical study design, and skincare testing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a passion for diving deep into complex datasets.
  • The ability to bridge the gap between science and communication, translating scientific data into compelling narratives.
  • A collaborative spirit, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A genuine interest in the skincare industry.
