Business Support Coordinator - Leeds City Centre - £26,000 per annum - PAID VIA HOURLY RATE (WEEKLY)

We are looking for a business support coordinator to join our team for 3 months initially, with the possibility of extension. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office, as well as providing support to our staff and clients.
Your main duties will include:
Managing the office facilities, such as equipment, furniture, security, and health and safetyLiaising with external contractors and suppliersCoordinating office moves and refurbishmentsOrganising travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and clientsPreparing reports and presentationsAssisting with budgeting and invoicingHandling general enquiries and complaintsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environmentA qualification in facilities management or related fieldA strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerpointA high level of organisational and problem-solving skillsA proactive and flexible approach to workA good level of communication and interpersonal skillsThe working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with an hour lunch break. The salary is £26,000 per annum, pro rata.
