We are seeking a reliable and motivated Labourer with a valid CSCS card to join our team in Hinckley. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks on-site, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of the project.

• General Labouring:

  • Assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Site Support:

  • Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standards.

• Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Follow health and safety regulations and protocols at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Material Handling:

  • Assist in the management of materials on-site, ensuring proper storage and handling.

• Qualifications and Skills:

• Essential:

  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Previous experience in a labouring role within construction or a related field is preferred.

• Desirable:

  • Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good physical fitness and stamina.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
