The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills, a passion for exceptional food, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment. Candidates will be offering casual food during the day, and then offer more refined plates for dinner service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Head Chef in daily operations
• Managing kitchen brigade and ensuring high standards
• Menu development and execution
• Inventory control and ordering

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a high-end kitchen
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Own transportation is essential due to location
